Jonathan has acquired a proven track record delivering large, complex projects from acquisition to settlement and operation including; residential projects, 5 star resorts, mixed use developments, boutique hotel developments, golf courses, marinas, high rise mixed use towers and Office fit-outs.

DIRECTOR

 Co-founder of RW Projects, John Wark has over 22 years experience in Real Estate and Construction which has seen him develop expertise across all areas of Development Management, Project Management and Construction. 

John's management experience across the entire project spectrum including feasibility analysis, due diligence, site acquisition, development programming, development strategy planning,  stakeholder management / liaison, consultant procurement, Master Planning coordination, Town Planning coordination, community consultation and cost control is a valuable attribute which will help ensure successful outcomes.
