Salam Yiti

Project Overview:

Salam Yiti is a residential and resort Mega Project located in the Sultanate of Oman between the Al Hajar Ash Sharqi Mountains and the Gulf of Oman. The development is only a 15 minute drive to Muscat the Capital City.  The project consists includes 3 Five Star Hotels, a 150 Birth Marina, a Shopping Centre and 2,000 Homes with a project value of US$3Billion

Role:

Revitalising Central Dandenong

Project Overview

Revitalising Central Dandenong is a $290 million urban revitalisation project with a 15 to 20 year project life.  The project is being delivered by Places Victoria in partnership with the City of Greater Dandenong and is expected to attract more than $1 billion in private sector investment while creating 5,000 jobs. 

Places Victoria is working in partnership with the City of Greater Dandenong, state government agencies and the private sector to achieve the vision for the RCD initiative.

Role 

RW Director, John Wark, was a Senior Development Manager at Places Victoria and was responsible for the acquisition of $85 Million of land, the Government Services Building and the Municipal Office Development.   

 

 
 

Metro 3175

Project Overview   

Metro 3175 is a 1,200 dwelling residential development on the former Dandenong sale yards. The $40 Million project over 19.2 hectares is being delivered as a Joint Venture between Places Victoria and the City of Greater Dandenong agreed to work together under a revenue share arrangement to unlock the potential of the site

Role

RW Director, Jonathan Room, was a Senior Development Manager at VicUrban (now Places Victoria) the developer of the Metro Village 3175 project.  

 
 

Bay Square

Project Overview

Bay Square is a US$500 Million mixed use development in  Dubai’s Burj Khalifa District.  The project consists of 11 Office Buildings with 200,000 m2 NSA, 326 Residential Units and a 159 key 5 Star Hotel.

Role

RW Director, Jonathan Room, was a Senior Development Manager at Dubai Properties Group the developer of the Bay Square Project. 

 
 

The Nicholson

Project Overview

The Nicholson is an award-winning apartment development on the former East Coburg tram depot just seven kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD.  The project is a mix of 199 privately owned and housing association owned apartments above ground floor commercial spaces. The development incorporates 6-star energy rating and grey water recycling.

Role
